The Shift Shop Workout Program Launch


I can’t wait to share Beachbody’s newest fitness program called Shift Shop by Chris Downing with you! Chris partnered with Team Beachbody to create a 3 week fitness and nutrition program that focuses on rapid results to help you reinvent your body. I had the chance to do two sneak peek Shift Shop Sneak workouts, know several people in the official test group, and have been on a live call with Chris sharing about the program.
So, yes – I’m so excited that it’s almost here!

You will be trained by this super buff, massive guy with a huge heart for helping other people. His personal story of how he shifted his life almost had me in tears. He is motivational and will make you feel like you nothing will stop you from reaching your goals! Who doesn’t want someone like that training them?

3 weeks rapid rebuild program
It’s for anyone that wants to ramp up fitness fast
Workouts range from 25 – 45 minute routines
Great for all fitness levels, including a modifier option Includes cardio and weights
Available beginning July 12th
Week 1: Start off with 25 minute workouts to keep you focused and committed.
Week 2: As your body begins to adapt, Chris turns up the intensity to improve endurance.
Week 3: Chris cranks it up to ultimately change your body from where you began 3 weeks ago - faster, stronger, leaner.
